Who we are
The operator of this website and the “Problémové Nehnuteľnosti” service is NUWA Estate s.r.o. (identification details below). We process personal data in accordance with GDPR solely for the purpose of preparing an offer and communicating with you.
What data we process
The data you voluntarily provide in the form: name, phone, email and information about the property. We do not check your finances or creditworthiness.
Verification from the land registry
To prepare the offer, we verify the ownership and location of the property from the publicly available land registry.
How long we keep the data
If no purchase takes place, we keep your personal data from the enquiry for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact and then delete it. If a transaction takes place, we keep the data related to the transaction for the period required by law (e.g. accounting and tax obligations). After you withdraw consent we delete the data, unless there is another legal reason for retaining it further.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it (“the right to be forgotten”), to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You can request the erasure of all your data at any time by email at info@nuwaestate.eu (if you have one, include your request reference number); we will handle your request without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
